How the transition will work for existing users
The existing client zone and applications will be available until 29 June 2025.
As of June 30, you will be automatically redirected to a new client area (the existing link on our website will not change) and a new mobile app will be available on Google Play or the App Store (existing users will need to uninstall the original app and then download the new one).
After the launch, client support will be available on 227 071 111, where we will be happy to help you

The new mobile app can be downloaded from 30.6. on Google Play or the App Store under the name "HealthPlus". The current app will need to be uninstalled first.

Client Zone and Application Change FAQs
Our goal is to offer a safer, clearer and more modern environment that meets current technical and security standards. At the same time, we want to bring new features and a better user experience and gradually expand this environment.
The new client zone will be launched on 30 June 2025 and will be available via our website and mobile app from that date.
- Access to the client area remains the same (link here).
- The old application will have to be uninstalled. The new app will need to be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play under the same name (HealthPlus).
- The login name remains the same. You will only need to change the access password.
- The current client zone and application will no longer be accessible.
No, the transition will be automatic. We will inform you in advance by email and SMS about all the steps.
While the login name will not change, a new password will need to be created.

Along with the new client zone, we are also launching a new mobile app for iOS and Android. These will be available for download on the App Store and Google Play respectively.
