We are preparing a new client zone and mobile app - clearer, more secure and with new functionalities.
As of 30 June 2025, we are launching a brand new client area and mobile app.
The aim of this change is to provide a higher level of security for your data, while offering you a modern and clear environment where everything important is quickly and conveniently at your disposal.

Today, the client zone and our mobile app already allow you to conveniently access your medical records, appointments and prescriptions. With a few clicks, you can contact our reception. Here's an overview:

How the transition will work for existing users

The existing client zone and applications will be available until 29 June 2025.

As of June 30, you will be automatically redirected to a new client area (the existing link on our website will not change) and a new mobile app will be available on Google Play or the App Store (existing users will need to uninstall the original app and then download the new one).

After the launch, client support will be available on 227 071 111, where we will be happy to help you

How to log to the new client zone

For the first login to the new client zone you will need to enter your login name, reset your existing password by clicking on the "forgot password?" button and go through a short security procedure.

After creating a new password, you can log in with your username and password. We have added a higher level of security, so each time you log in you will need to enter an authentication code that will be sent in an SMS.

How to log in to the new app

The new mobile app can be downloaded from 30.6. on Google Play or the App Store under the name "HealthPlus". The current app will need to be uninstalled first.

To log in to the mobile app for the first time, you need to enter your login name and reset your existing password by clicking on the "forgot password?" button and go through a short security procedure.

After creating a new password, it will be possible to log in using your username and password with the option of subsequently logging in using fingerprint or face authentication.

Why is the client zone changing?

Our goal is to offer a safer, clearer and more modern environment that meets current technical and security standards. At the same time, we want to bring new features and a better user experience and gradually expand this environment.

When will the new client zone and application be launched?

The new client zone will be launched on 30 June 2025 and will be available via our website and mobile app from that date.

What will change for me as a client?
  • Access to the client area remains the same (link here).
  • The old application will have to be uninstalled. The new app will need to be downloaded via the App Store or Google Play under the same name (HealthPlus).
  • The login name remains the same. You will only need to change the access password.
  • The current client zone and application will no longer be accessible.
Do I need to prepare or set anything up in advance?

No, the transition will be automatic. We will inform you in advance by email and SMS about all the steps.

Will I need a new password?

While the login name will not change, a new password will need to be created.

How do I access the new client zone?

Access remains the same via our website. The link can be found here.

Where will the mobile app be available?

Along with the new client zone, we are also launching a new mobile app for iOS and Android. These will be available for download on the App Store and Google Play respectively.

What if something doesn't display correctly?

We recommend updating your browser or app. If the problem persists, contact our reception – we'll be happy to help.
