How do I apply for the program?

We offer 5 different programs (3 for adults and 2 for children) for those interested in our services. For a full description of the services and programme content, please see this overview or contact us via the contact form or call +420 227 071 111. It is necessary that our clients have a contract with one of the public or commercial health insurance companies.

Can I see Health+ first?

Yes, we will be happy to show you around our facilities by prior arrangement. Send us a message via the contact form or call us on +420 227 071 111.

How do I get to Health+?

Health+ is located in the immediate vicinity of the Nový Smíchov shopping centre and the Smíchov - Anděl intersection at Kartouzská 3274/10 and Radlická 19/1 (Ringhofferova vila), Prague 5. You can reach us conveniently by metro or tram, at the Anděl stop.

Where can I park?

In the immediate vicinity of Health+, there is the Nový Smíchov shopping center, where you can park.  

If you are in our Sapphire or Diamond programs, you can also park in our private parking lot.

How can I contact Health+?

Can I come without an appointment?

It is advisable to make an appointment to visit our clinic. However, appointment times are very short. In case of acute problems, we will provide care within 24 hours.

How can I start using the client area and the app?

You will be given the access details to the client zone or the app (available for download on Google Play and in the App Store under the name HealthPlus) by our reception desk on your first visit.  

The client area and app provide a range of information – all medical reports, appointment times, medication information, chat access and contact and other information.

I have forgotten my password for the client area. What should I do?

Contact our reception. We will provide you with new login details.

Do you also offer one-off services for self-payers?

Our services can only be used as part of a program membership.

Can I bring a family member who is not in the program to Health+?

We are happy to offer our programs to your family members. We even offer discounted rates for the Sapphire and Diamond programs. Please contact our reception for further information.

I have a health problem outside of business hours. What should I do?

Contact our emergency line. You will reach one of our trained receptionists who will advise you or put you in touch with an emergency doctor.

How do I find out the results of my test?

You can find the results of the examination checked by your personal doctor in the client area or on the mobile app. In case of a positive finding, we will contact you.

Is it necessary to use a respirator when visiting the clinic?

In case of respiratory illness (including suspected Covid-19), we would ask you to use a respirator to move around our premises. We will be happy to provide you with a respirator at our reception.
