Sometimes the order periods are a bit longer, but urgent matters are always dealt with high  priority. A pleasant environment, modern facilities and good coffee are just the proverbial "cherry on the cake".

Pleasant environment and people with a healthy sense of humor. The spaces are stress-free, not only because of their design, but mainly because you don't  feel rushed. When communicating with doctors, we feel that they will objectively tell us the advantages and disadvantages of the next procedure, and we do not feel that they would push us to get vaccinated, for example, because they would have a commission from the vaccine supplier.

1. Excellent annual preventive examination. The range is really very high standard.

2. Excellent care when I got Covid this year. It is only thanks to doctors Košek, Bičíková and Skopová that I am able to work again.

3. Ordering times for all examinations are always exactly within a minute, which is completely unheard of in the Czech healthcare. And this even if the examination is provided in other  facilities, e.g. in Na Homolce hospital.

4. Possibility to park directly in the premises in Smíchov and near the Na Homolce hospital.

5. The possibility of phone consultations with a doctor without the need to go to the doctor's office for banalities.

6. A perfectly functioning chat in the client zone with professional operators: ordering of examination times, requests for ePrescriptions for regularly used medicals, information on the scope of services.

In general, I am very satisfied with the appointment times, the willingness of MUDr. Košek, MUDr. Kováčik and MUDr. Čiperová. I myself visit MUDr. Košek, but other people from our company or family are with his colleagues. The nurses are also great. I transferred my youngest daughter to MUDr. Lux and just like the lady at the pediatric reception, also all the nurses at the pediatry department are amazing. My colleagues also highly praised MUDr. Čechová and  MUDr. Chaloupka, Mudr. Dogoši.

We have had a GREAT experience taking care of our daughter Karolina.  The entire pediatrics team excels in professionalism and concern for the patient, which is above and beyond care even for a private facility.  Especially MUDr. Lux and MUDr. Langerova were able to diagnose and resolve my daughter's problem very quickly. For me as a patient, seeing a doctor is a necessity and I usually try to get this visit over with soon. You at Health+ go out of your way to make this obligation more pleasant for me in every way. Even upon entering, I meet the front desk staff who are always pleasant and helpful. Being able to have a coffee, tea or juice is a nice way to wait. Also, in the surgery, I feel that the doctors really care about me. I can't leave out the nurse who smiles and finds a spot on the calendar for any additional appointments that suit me. My experience is very short and quite positive.  First of all, I had an initial assessment for employment, everything was professionally carried out, including assessment and recommendation of appropriate medication and follow up. When I needed a quick consultation a few weeks later due to a fall on the sidewalk and a suspected shoulder injury, I was offered a same-day appointment. The examination then took place at the agreed time.  So, I very much appreciate the effort to help, the flexibility, the expertise and I am glad that our employer included me in the Health+ program.

It is rare that one has nothing to fault in a questionnaire like this, but I really don't know.  Reception – everything perfect, whether in person or by phone. Organization/operation – again, top notch (or top ten), absolutely cannot compare to how it works elsewhere (dozens of hours spent waiting in corridors). Healthcare professionals – I can only praise everyone I've met so far. They try to solve my problems, even though sometimes it may not be possible. I am satisfied. Everything works as it should. Scheduling appointments always works out fine – because I live 400 km away, appointments are bundled into one or two days so I don't have to come back several times.
