Call-out service

We have newly established a cooperation with MedicalJT company to provide an improved call-out service for you. The call-out service is now more flexible in terms of time, but it also brings further enhancements. Aspart of preventive and acute care, we can offer you not only a doctor's call-out for a health problem, but also blood collection at a location of your choice, whether it is at your home or workplace, for your convenience and time efficiency.
In the case of mobility-limiting acute back pain, it is also possible to administer a therapeutic infusion in the home environment, when indicated by your personal physician.
The service is chargeable for Sapphire and Garnet clients according to the program and the current price list which is available at Health+ reception. Clients of the Diamond programme have this service included in the price.

New testing and fast diagnostics

We have expanded our point of care testing(POCT) instrumentation to include an analyzer for two important diagnostic markers, troponin T and D-dimer.  A result can be obtained from a drop of blood in a few minutes directly in the personal physician's surgery. Troponin T makes it easier to rule out or diagnose myocardial infarction, where damage to heart muscle cells occurs. D-dimer is used to exclude suspected deep vein thrombosis or pulmonary embolism and its use reduces the need for imaging.

Reinforcementin the team of ophthalmologists and shorter ordering time

‍‍As many of you have noticed, the opthalmology department has been overloaded in recent months, causing longer appointment times. In order to stabilize the situation, we have expanded our ophthalmology team with an experienced doctor, MUDr.Oldřich Karlovský. With the new reinforcement, the pressure on capacity will be reduced and the ordering time will be significantly shortened.
