Last year we worked hard to improve the services of our helpdesk. Among other things, we expanded our client centre team by new colleagues in order to better accommodate all your requests and strenghten our phone lines. Anyhow to avoid unnecessary waiting on thephone line, we recommend you to call at less busy periods of the day. The least busy time is around midday and then from 3pm until the end of business hours. On the other hand, waiting times can be longer in the morning from 7 to 9:30 am and between 1 and 2 pm. Mondays are also generally very busy.
